NYASA plans travel in Malawi. Not southern Africa, not safari generally — Malawi. Everything about how we work follows from that one decision.
Malawi, understood.
The tagline is a claim about depth, and it is meant to be checkable. A generalist can tell you Malawi has a lake and some parks. What changes a trip is narrower than that: that two safari activities on the same day share one park entry fee, that a standard rental includes 200 kilometres a day and Lilongwe to Liwonde and back clears it, that the boat safari is the thing Malawi does better than its neighbours and the predator count is not.
None of that is exotic knowledge. It is just what you accumulate when you stop covering a continent and start covering a country.

Two things, and they support each other. We publish what we can establish about travelling in Malawi — what things cost, what the entry rules currently are, which places suit which travellers. And we plan and arrange trips for people who would rather not assemble it themselves.
The research is not marketing for the planning. It is the reason the planning is any good. A route is only as sound as the knowledge underneath it, and we would rather be the people who know the answer than the people who know someone who does.

We publish the gaps. When two official sources disagree on a visa fee, we show both. When a park has not published a current tariff, we say the figure is unconfirmed rather than printing one from 2019. When a charge appears in our own records that we cannot define, we take it down rather than dress it up.
This makes some of our pages less tidy than the competition. We think a traveller can tell the difference between a site that is confident and a site that is certain, and that the second one is not trustworthy about a country where prices move monthly.

There is no instant booking engine here and no automated quote. When you send a planning request, someone reads it and replies within 24 hours. If a rate has to be confirmed with a lodge or an operator — which for anything seasonal it does — that reply tells you so and says how long it will take.
Requesting something never takes a payment and never commits you to anything.

We are a specialist Malawi travel planning and intelligence brand. We are not going to pad that out with a staff count, an office, a founding year or a list of accreditations, because a page like this is exactly where those things get invented.
If a fact about NYASA is not on this page, the honest reading is that we have not established it in a form we are willing to publish — not that it is being kept quiet. The same standard we apply to a park fee applies to ourselves.
